It has elastic in the back of skirt that ensures it fits snug to the body but the floaty cape covers this.
Made from a smooth crepe de chine fabric.

SIZING:
• S-M would fit 8-12 UK. Whilst the M-L would suit she 14-16 UK
• Model is 5ft 9.5 in and wears S-M
